Shipping and Delivery on Aso Mi

We make shipping safe and simple for everyone. With our system, sellers send items easily, and buyers can track every step. Money is also kept safe in escrow until the buyer confirms.

For Sellers

  1. Get a QR Code
    After your item is sold, you will get a special QR code for that order.

  2. Drop Off Your Item
    Pack the item neatly. Go to the nearest pickup point. Show your QR code. The staff will scan it and give you a label.

  3. Mark Item as Shipped
    Go to your account and click “Shipped.” This tells the buyer that the item is on the way.

  4. Wait for Confirmation
    The buyer will confirm once they get the item. Then your money will move from escrow to your wallet.

For Buyers

  • When you pay, your money goes into escrow. This means Aso Mi holds it safe.

  • The seller ships your item and you can track it in real time.

  • Once you receive the item, you confirm it in your account.

  • Only then is the money sent to the seller.

Buyer Protection Fee (10%)

Every order has a small 10% protection fee added at checkout.

  • This fee keeps you safe if the seller does not ship or if the item never arrives.

  • If there is a problem, Aso Mi will step in and make sure you get help or a refund.

Example: If you buy something for ₦50,000, your Buyer Protection Fee is ₦5,000.
