At Aso Mi, we want every buyer and seller to feel safe. That is why we use escrow and buyer protection. Below is how returns and refunds work on our marketplace.
When Buyers Can Ask for a Refund

If the item is very different from the description (for example: wrong size, wrong color, or bad condition not listed).
When Buyers Cannot Ask for a Refund

If the buyer changes their mind after the item arrives.

How Refunds Work

Buyer reports a problem within 48 hours after delivery.

Aso Mi will check the case. We may ask for photos or proof.

If the claim is true, we will refund the buyer.

The seller will not receive the payment if the refund is approved.
Returns

Some items may need to be returned to the seller before a refund is made.

In this case, the buyer must ship the item back in the same condition.

The seller must confirm the return before the refund is processed.
Buyer Protection Fee
The 10% Buyer Protection Fee helps cover refunds. It makes sure buyers are not left without support if something goes wrong.
