As Aso Mi is a marketplace between sellers/buyers using our platform, we cannot control the shipping methods our seller uses. We recommend all buyers to check and confirm this with your seller, and urging priority deliveries when needed
Please note AsoMi will not be held liable in the event of missizing. We encourage all buyers to ask as many questions with sellers before completing transactions. Refunds will not be approved in the event of a missize, we advise buyers to seek tailoring services to perfect sizing. Refunds will only be approved in the event of receiving a complete different size to what was described, proof will be requested to validate claim.
We understand sometimes the outfit chosen may not always work out for you. Once you have committed to purchasing an item from a seller, we will only offer a refund for items that have not been received, or has been received damaged or significantly not as described. Upon confirmation of receipt of goods, we offer 5 days to confirm you are satisfied with your purchase. If not satisfied, we will offer a refund if it meets conditions stated as above.
While most Delivery couriers aim to deliver your parcels safely, couriers cannot always guarantee your delivery. If your parcel has not been received for more than 7 days after expected, please contact customer services so we can intervene.
When creating an account with Aso MI You would have pre-selected your body measurements. Please ensure you liaise with your seller if you are in between sizes and unsure of a fit.

We understand sometimes, life gets really busy and some sellers may take longer to respond, we recommend informing the seller in advance of when you will require your item. If a seller has not responded in 48 thours, please contact Aso Mi Customer Support Team and we will intervene to smooth things out for you. All sellers will have a set amount of time to confirm postage of item. If for any reason, we still do not get any further response from the seller, we will issue you back a refund.
